Dorito Chicken Casserole

Have you ever stumbled onto a recipe and thought to yourself, "That look's interesting?"  Well, I stumbled upon this recipe and wanted to give it a try.  I know a lot of people like chips as a snack.  I like them but I don't love them like my husband.  I would rather have a sweet treat for a snack as a opposed to a salty snack.  My husband is the opposite of me in snacking habits.  He really like's salty snacks.  The meat market we've been going to has great prices on whole chicken breasts, so I've been on the look out for new chicken recipes.  If I had to explain this recipe, it would be: If Chili Fritos and a taco had a love child, this would be the result.  This was a yummy new twist to a chicken casserole.  One child loved it and the other did not.  My husband will eat anything I put in front of him but her really liked this too!  If you're up for something new for your taste buds to experience, give this yummy recipe a try!
